  • An Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson University.

  • A coach at The Wharton School.

  • Coaching over 1,600 executives.

  • Facilitating over 100 team development workshops.

  • Designing customized executive education programs for over 60 clients while at the Wharton School.

  • Leading a 3-year cultural change initiative at an academic medical center involving physicians, nurses and all support functions that resulted in measured increases in morale and profits.
